Thank you to all of the Year 9 parents who joined us on Wednesday evening last week for our subject options evening 2024. We had a fantastic turn out and it was wonderful to see so many parents and carers joining us to support their child in making the important decisions about what subjects they will be studying at GCSE.

The options process is now underway with Year 9 students undergoing their options interviews to discuss the choices they are interested in with our staff before making their decisions.

Students and parents who wish to find out more can find a wealth of information on our subjects, including videos outlining the curriculum for every subject available, on our dedicated options page on the school website.

Once pupils have made their decisions on options, they will begin trialling them later this year, giving them the chance to change their chosen subjects should they not feel it fits with their personal learning journey, all before starting to work towards their GCSEs in each in Year 10.
