Sandhill View students from Years 7, 8 and 9 travelled to Sunderland Aquatic Centre to compete in the Sunderland school games swimming competition. The students took part in individual and team events. All of our students swam extremely well showing determination, teamwork and great sportsmanship. Special mentions go to Amelia Belton (Year 7) for coming third in the 25m butterfly event, Jack Naisbett (Year 8) for coming 2nd in his heat for the 25m front crawl event and Chiron Bates (Year 7) for coming 1st in his heat for the 25m back-crawl. Well done to all that took part!
