Well done to Lola Dennis (Year 7) who spent the weekend before her very first day in at Sandhill View running The Junior Great North Run to raise money for Red Sky Foundation, which is a charity close to her heart. She ran it in 29 minutes and plans to beat this time every year! We will be watching for her progress very closely, well done Lola!

Also well done to the staff members who took part in the adult GNR which took place the following day. Well done to Miss Corner, Mrs McCombe, Miss Scott and Mr Heley who all joined the race in order to raise funds for their good causes.
