Spreading Kindness for Mental Health Awareness Week

Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week and we challenged our students to spend seven days sharing acts of kindness, something that is all the more important in these difficult times. Being kind to others, taking the time to connect and show that you care is not just something that benefits those you do it with, but it is excellent for your own mental wellbeing too.
 
We’ve also taken the time to look back at the acts of kindness our students took part in over the last year at school, to reflect on what we have done in the past and remind ourselves how important it is to be kind to ourselves and each other.
