SMART Scholars
Scholars students enjoyed another session with Molly from Durham University last week. Molly was talking to the students about SMART targets, how to write them and why they are important. The students spent time looking at examples and then wrote their own SMART targets based on their goals for the future. It was lovely to see students with such high aspirations and seeing them deeply consider targets which will assist them in achieving these goals.
