We would like to invite any students with an interest in our  Sixth Form to our Southmoor Progression Evening on the 25^th January. This is our main evening event and is designed to give potential students as much information as possible about their choices post-16.

The evening will give students a chance to speak with representatives from top Russell Group universities, higher level apprenticeship providers and employers. We ask potential students to attend both evenings in order to have all the information they need to make an informed choice regarding A level and further study options.

You will have a chance to:

• Talk to representatives from top universities, including Durham, Newcastle and Northumbria
• Pick up prospectuses and information on university courses
• Speak to recruiters for higher- level apprenticeships such as Siemens and British Energy
• Get information on volunteering options and how to improve your CV or UCAS application
• Meet all A-level subject teachers
• Meet students currently studying each A-level subject
• Talk to the Director of Sixth Form, the Post-16 Coordinators, the Assistant Directors of Sixth Form and the Sixth Form tutors
