Robotics at Nissan
For the first year Sandhill View entered a team into the VEX Robotics IQ competition held at Nissan. Nine Year 7 students who have been working tirelessly in their lunchtimes to design, build and code a robot went to compete. They held their own competing against 15 other schools to gain points, they may not have won a spot at nationals but they learnt a lot and enjoyed the experience. They certainly have a plan for next year. This project has been kindly funded by the Reece Foundation.
