Earlier this term the Eco Team received the fantastic news that they have been selected as one of ten school gardening groups nationally to go through to the next round of the RHS School Gardening Team of the Year!  
This is an absolutely superb achievement and proof that determination, hard work and a plan works, as the school garden has been completely redeveloped and has grown from strength to strength in the last 12 months. Students are busy working in the garden daily now in preparation for the final round where they have to create a film showcasing the fantastic achievements and projects that they have complete or are working on. 

 
The polytunnel is seeing a huge range in temperatures, as nighttime temperatures are still quite low, but that hasn’t stopped a range of plants popping up and thriving in there!
