Red Sky for Everyone
This week we welcomed Sergio from local charity ‘The Red Sky Foundation’ to celebrate the instillation of a new defibrillator on the wider Sandhill site in an area where it can be accessed by the wider public and local community 24 hours a day. The charity’s drive is to have one of the life-saving devices located every 500 metres and to help with this, Mrs Dodd decided to donate one of the school’s own units to be used in the wider community by having it installed in an area accessible to everyone. Thank you to Sergio who helped with the process of installing the housing for the device in its new location and also to our head boy and girl who were present to mark the unveiling.
