Pals Battalion
Year 9 students took part in a workshop with Pals Battalion. Students virtually met Henry – a WW1 soldier – who spoke about his experiences in the trenches. They were given the opportunity to ask questions about aspects of life during the war and were able to draw on Henry’s experiences and examine whether their conclusions about life in the trenches supports or contradicts those of Henry.
