Year 11 Students Tear into a Phenomenal Set of Results

There was a fantastic buzz at Sandhill View Academy this morning, as we welcomed the class of 2024 back in to reveal a truly fantastic set of results, which we are pleased to say are some of the best for the school ever. Over the course of an emotional morning students shared smiles and shed tears of joy alongside their peers, teachers and parents who witnessed so excellent outcomes for our students. Headteacher Mrs Dodd commented:

‘I am beyond proud of our class of 2024 and the fantastic results they have achieved this year. Almost half of our students leave us with at least a grade 5 in English and maths and over 60% leave us with at least a grade 4. You begin your next chapter with your heads held high and we are excited to see what the future has in store for you!

I would like to thank everyone in our ‘village’: our staff for their incredible hard work and tenacity every single day to make sure our students receive the very best; our parents for ensuring their child attends school every day, trusting us to do our best and supporting us when needed and finally our students for coming to school every day, taking every opportunity offered and wanting to be the best version of themselves.
