The school day begins at 8:30am. Pupils are expected to be with their form tutor from this time. Pupils should arrive onto the school site between 8am and 8:20am to assure they have plenty of time to line up for registration or assembly.
The start and end of the school day is signalled by the school bell. Pupils are expected to be at their next lesson, lined up outside the classroom in an orderly fashion and ready to learn before the start of the next lesson.
The school day concludes at 3:30pm.

*Period 6 on a Wednesday is the enrichment period with no scheduled lessons. Pupils may leave school at 2:35pm on Wednesdays but are encouraged to engage in enrichment activities about the school from 2:35pm to 4:00pm onwards. For more information on what activities are on offer please select ‘Extra Curricular Activities’ from the Curriculum menu. It is not compulsory that pupils attend enrichment though we highly recommend it.
