Thinking Feed
This week the Land Based Studies students have been in the classroom learning about the importance of correct nutrition and the impact of an unbalanced diet within a range of animals. They have then been out to the poultry unit to put theory into practice. Students have explored the range of feed that is available to poultry from Farmgate feeds along with their poultry health care guides.
Having our school chicken and ducks provide a superb opportunity to put theory into practice!
