Cambridge Calls to Sandhill Scholars
A group of the scholars’ students ventured to Cambridge University last week for an overnight stay. They experienced the life of a student at Cambridge by sleeping at one of the colleges, eating a splendid three course meal and having lectures in Chemistry and English. In addition to this students listened to lectures about careers, the importance of a super curriculum and how they themselves could apply to higher education. Students had a tour of the city and saw some beautiful tourist spots including a bridge built by Einstein and the oldest colleges in Cambridge. Students represented our school incredibly well and had a fantastic University experience.
