Year 11 art students have been working extremely hard this term to create contemporary sculptures inspired by their Yorkshire Sculpture Park visit in the summer and Banksy’s Dismaland themepark. The themes addressed are extremely diverse ranging from vanity, teenage pregnancy and money making to horror movies and fairy tales! In the last few weeks they have also responded to work by artist Lora Zombie whilst preparing for their mock exams. The themes chosen were varied and were used to support their sculpture project work. Well Done Year 11! The art team at Sandhill wish you the best of luck in your exams!
